In winter our ski in ski out area is the quickest way to the quad chair located at the base of the newly improved Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR). In winter the KAR offers great terrain and consistent snow conditions for skiers and boarders.
The cross country trails, which are lit in the evening are located a mere two minutes away. In the summer, KAR offers a scenic ride up the quad chair with a lunch at the Kootenay House located on the mountain. Also, guests may take their mountain bikes on the quad chair and ride the many marked trails.
